Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was an actor at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree with a laude for Theatre and Communication. She started her career as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly began landing TV and film roles as she studied improvisation and became an Theatre West company member. Her voice and diminutive stature that have made her able to play a variety of diverse characters. She was known to the people for her character of the villainous Samara as Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But Kelly is more well-known as the cheerful and bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper in the evening as a series regular on the TV Land show The Exes. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She's lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recent roles include the dim yet lovable Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She has a private life that's quite quiet having two kids under the age of five. She enjoys sewing as well as write, and she is an active participant for various school functions.
