After his school days Lars joined the military in which he completed the basic military service for nine months within the Kongelige Livgarde (Royal Guards) An infantry regiment in the Danish army. After finishing his military service Lars decided that this wasn't what he wanted , and began to look for something different. He decided to study biology. Anette who was employed by the military for over a year, came home from a juggler's class to show Lars how she could juggle after just three days. Lars was very pleased with this and wanted to test it. He dropped out of the college to enroll in juggling school. He was taught fire breathing and the art of juggling in this school. After finishing high school, the student traveled across Europe with two buddies, which included performances on the streets of Paris, Munich, Moscow, Warsaw, and other cities. He met a children's circus two years later, and he learned both street and children's theatre as well as pantomime.
